We are continuously working on extending and enhancing our software products. To leverage the benefit of these innovations and enhancements your system should be upgraded regularly. With a software maintenance contract you have automatic access to updates and new versions, including:

  • Support of new operating systems
  • Support of new browser versions
  • Services releases (e.g. to improve performance)

Technical Hotline

Does a command or function fail to bring the expected result? Call our hotline for answers to your technical questions. Don’t worry, you won’t end up in a call centre queue. At Cubus you directly speak with an expert as our hotline is only staffed with project-savvy consultants.

  • Technical hotlines hours from  08:30  till 17:30 (CET) on working days
  • Specified escalation procedure in case of delays

Remote Consulting

For questions and tasks that go beyond the scope of the technical hotline, cubus offers a special service called remote consulting. As the name implies, our consultants support you remotely from the Cubus office. With this service we provide you with short term, selective support that you can use when you e.g.

  • encounter resources bottlenecks
  • need support during peak times (e.g. during the holidays )
  • have specialist, controlling-related questions

Costs are calculated on the time used.
