At cubus, we support a healthy work-life balance through flexible working hours, which each employee defines individually with his or her team leader. We do not require core working hours or use attendance controls – and haven’t for a very long time.
Team-building activities
At cubus, we support office athletics, charity events, company retreats, family weekends, skiing or canoe trips, and other joint recreational activities. Employee loyalty during parental leave
We invite employees who are taking parental leave to office events and trainings. This is our way of showing our continued interest in them as individuals and professionals. We also support parents in their transition back into the workforce.
Transparent corporate culture
We host a special “cubus Day”, once a quarter to inform employees about the latest company developments. Our company newspaper also updates colleagues on project statistics and projects in various departments.
